Individual Therapy, Couples Counseling and Group Therapy sessions to address mental health stressors and mental health diagnosis in a Holistic manner. Holistic Based Therapy using a Mind/Body perspective including radical self-care, mindfulness, yoga and meditation. I work with clients who are seeking healing from postpartum / parenting stressors, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and various other mental health concerns.
