Daily Grace Adult Day Health Services Receives Respite Suport from Alzheimer’s Association.
Daily Grace Adult Day Health Services, located at 868 Hwy49, Macon, GA 31211, was awarded funds from the Alzheimer’s Association to provide respite care for ten persons with Dimentia, Alzheimer’s disease, or any cognitive disorder. The program is available until December 15, 2017. This program will allow a family caregiver a break from their duties. Because we are community-based medical facility, we are able to provide adequate care to mee their medical, social, and physical needs.
