The commemorative wreath-laying ceremony in honor of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was held today in Macon’s Rosa Parks Square.

This annual event by the Martin Luther King Jr. Commission and other partner organizations kicks off activities celebrating and remembering the civil rights icon and to honor his legacy and teachings.
